This is an information-only website. Washington Bike Law does not collect, retrieve, store, or otherwise maintain any personal data from visitors to this site, except the information provided on the Confidential Case Review Form or sent via email. No information is shared with any third-parties for marketing purposes.
Washington Bike Law will keep information provided in the Confidential Case Review Form confidential, and will not use or reveal that information, even if a person providing information on the Form is never represented by Washington Bike Law. Information provided on this form will never be sold and will not be shared outside of Washington Bike Law without the consent of the person providing the information. Washington Bike Law uses information provided in the Confidential Case Review Form to determine whether to recommend that a person providing information on the Form would benefit from attorney representation and to contact that person in the manner they request.
Washington Bike Law will not knowingly represent a client with interests materially adverse to a person completing the Form in the same or a substantially related matter. However, please note, completing the Confidential Case Review Form does not create a conflict with a current Washington Bike Law client. Use of this Form is conditioned on the completing person's consent that if, at the time the Form is received, Washington Bike Law already represents a client in the same or a substantially related matter, no information disclosed on it will prohibit Washington Bike Law from representing that client.
Washington Bike Law collects information related to potential clients and for our representation of our clients or using the Form, in-person meetings, Zoom meetings, physical mail, email, text messaging, telephone calls, and in litigation, pursuant to the Rules of Civil Procedure. To opt-out of text messaging, a receiver may reply STOP.
